Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Some of our trivia products (e.g. printable trivia cards) are a *digital* product. Once you make a purchase, you download the product as a PDF and print them on your printer at home.

You will receive a purchase confirmation email from us upon payment. The email will include a link to download the product you purchased. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail folder. You may also contact us at support@biblestorm.com with details and we’ll be happy to work through it with you.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer personal assistance to our customers. If you’re having trouble, we recommend an online serach for how to best configure your computer/device and your specific brand and model of printer.
